Creativity must be functional and purpose-driven. This is why each client’s work is created to make a clear, intentional statement and provoke a specific emotion "What are you trying to say?", "How do you want it to feel?" and "What is the reaction?" are three critical questions that we partner with our clients to answer before starting the design process.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
DESIGN QUESTIONS
1. What can you design and print?
Our design and print capabilities include, but are not limited to: business cards, letterhead, envelopes, holiday cards, invitations, flyers, large format signage, car wraps, decals, t-shirts, polo's, hats, wallpaper, photo books, stickers, and the list could go on. If it can printed, we can probably do it.
2. How long does it take for you to design?
The design timeline is different for each client, based upon the details of the project and feedback from the client. With that being said, it's hard to give an exact time frame for design completion, due to the wide variety of print work that we do. You can estimate that a simple project (business cards, invites, branding, etc) will usually take one week or less to design.
3. How does your design process work?
Because our solutions are customized for each client, our process starts with us asking the client a series of questions. It's in everyone's best interest that we get to know you or your organization's personal tastes and preferences. Once we get an idea of what you like, we start designing and soon after you get a proof.
4. Do you use templates in your designs?
The answer to that question is simple: No
PRINTING QUESTIONS
1. How long will it take for you to complete my print order once the design is complete?
There isn't a short answer to this question. Some jobs can be produced in minutes and some jobs may take days. Let us know when you need your job completed and shipped, and we'll let you know if it can be done. We go to great lengths to meet your most stringent demands.
2. What is a "proof"?
A proof is a way of ensuring that we've set your type accurately and that everything is positioned according to your requirements. Typically, we will produce a proof which will be sent to you online or printed on paper which can be viewed in our office or delivered to you in person.
3. Why do I need to look at a proof if I've already approved your design?
We employ human beings to produce your work and, well, humans are not perfect. Your approval on the final proof is assurance that you have looked over every aspect of our work and approve it as accurate. It benefits everyone if errors are caught in the proofing process rather than after the job is completed and delivered.
4. How do I go about getting an estimate from you?
Well, since you are here, simply click on the "Place an Order" link at the top of this page. Otherwise, give us a call and talk with one of our print designers today.
